This looks like an unknown trying to start a conversation to scam me. I have a number that is from a cold weather location, but don’t live there. The number belongs to J Flores(?) in one website or a landline from Los Angeles in another page. “ The weather is getting cooler, I hope you pay attention to keep warm, take good care of yourself, don't let the cold come to your door “
