We are in the process of buying a cavapoo puppy from this number. We paid $900 for the pup and $300 for shipping. Once the shipping company, Bolt Express, received the puppy we were called and told the crate he was in wasn’t up to their standards and we would have to pay $3000 to rent a refundable at $3000 when the puppy was delivered to our door. Paid for, at their request, In iTunes and App gift cards. Once that transaction was completed, they stipulated a refundable insurance amount of $2800 before the puppy would be able to be delivered. We contacted, thru text, the breeder for an update. He would borrow, from friends, he was able to borrow $1300 and my wife sent $1000 In Walmart gift cards. All cards were photographed showing the numbers on the back of each card. Bolt Express waived the remaining $500. Later that day 3/2/19, My wife received a text saying his manager would not allow the waiver. The breeder texted 3/3/19 that he and his lawyer had just been to Bolt Express and the final $500 was needed from my wife, who told him she is tapped out and would not be able to send anymore money. Keep in mind that we are talking about a $900 puppy that we were charged an additional $4300 to have the puppy delivered to our door, along with refunds from the shipping company $3000 for the crate and $1000 for the insurance.
