I beleive this is phillip thompson. Hes beleived to be partly responsable for my wife and i iden**ty theft and have reached out to several authorities or so we thought. Including cps for the welbeing of a child only to find out that it was some one pretending to be. That left that child in a bad way. So its not just iden**ty theft. Please report
