left a msg., saying there were from the Bexar County Sheriff's Dept., in the Civil Division...i called back, blocking my number, but wanted me to leave a msg....said his name was Deputy Frank Scott. Didn't have my name right in his original msg., so I was suspicious. Asked the BCSO if they could verify him, they said they didn't have that capacity...i.e., no directory of Deputy names.
