Called me threatening to charge me with tax fraud for missing filings when not only have I missed no filings but haven't earned more than $40,000 in any single year in a decade and a half. Also, when I called back the IVR system which answered identified itself as an agency that has recognized my number as a text violator who is running out of time to come clean. No actual collector of federal debt would ever spew such information to any random person calling from a phone number they happened to dial
