So beware of this number after calling it back i got a person that barley spoke english and told me he needed to get into my computer to remove and cancel the service. I told him before we do that i need to know what computer he was referring to there are 6 in the home. He said go to any one of them 🤔. Me being a computer savy person says what credit card do you have on file for me what is the last 4 digits. He refused. I said which computer out of the 6 is this on. He could not answer and refused to state what credit card i had put this on. So i then said let me speak to your supervisor, he goes ok hold on he then yells sir, sir, sir. I said im not a sir, he goes no im getting my supervisor. Another person comes to the lines says we cant give you the last 4 of your credit card number, we have to get into your computer to delete the service then get you to the billing department to cancel the payment. I said 1st of all im computer he savy i need to know which computer it is you dont go into another computer to take off a program from a diff computer. I said so send me to your billing department and they can tell me what cc i put this on and cancel it. The other dude comes back on the phine and goes you know what you can do you can go ***k yourself 😳😂😂😂. So i tell him to go ***k himself. After the back and forth for several min of the go ***k yourselfs he asks me if i have a d*** i told him no but he better get his partners there out of his **s before the boss comes in. After one last ***k you and me back at him he finally hung up. I think we bonded. 😂😂😂😂😂
