Have no idea if this was a spam/phishing or telemarketing call. Did not answer. I have no friends, family, or business contacts in the area the call came from. A few minutes after I cancelled this call, another call from this one from 208-819-8375 from the same city and using the same carrier service came in. Did not answer and blocked both numbers. Neither caller left voice mails. My policy: unknown numbers are not answered if no voice mail is left for me to review, the number is automatically blocked.
