The number calls and says I hit there car and broke a tail light and left my phone number on the vehicle then this very angry colored man starts asking about my insurance company and really getting angry with me when I told him that it definately wasnt me. The person was very persistant for my info all if the sudden a different voice states this is from prank caller and hangs up.
