“A transaction were $399 has been initiated from your checking account or plastic card kindly say I offer rise and simply hang up to authorize the transaction in case if you want to cancel the transaction please call immediately on 20820327291 within 24 hours to our billing department once again 208-203-2791…”

They leave a voice mail saying to press 1 to authorized a $399 transaction from your account. I looked up this number on a different reverse lookup and it came up as a Tintex Dye Co related number
