This is a scam, fraud and har**sments caller.
This is a scam. Beware! Started har**sing me last year about a past due capital One under my maiden name. I talked to Capital One who **sured me my cards were fine. I even pulled a credit report to make sure i didn't have fraud, nothing.
They say they are serving me a warrant and when I try to get information, they get very angry until I confirm info like address, etc.
