Called stating they have court documents against me as they are representing someone. Said its the law in Washington that an individual is served, yet I havent been served with actual court documents. The person seemed to think leaving a VM meets serving a person, but I dont believe that falls within legal standards. Called public defenders office and was told by a person although they are not an attorney, that actual papers must be served to an individual if they are being taken to court!!
