I received a charge on my American Express card from REALNETWORKS SOFTWARE [named in the charge], but with no explanation as to who they are. I do not know know why this charge was made. I have no software by that name. If it is for the renewal of some software product I purchased previously under some other product name, I should have been told what the product is and asked if I WANTED to renew the product, **sUMING MY GUESS IS CORRECT. No vendor has the right to automatically make any charge without customer authorization, whatever it is.!!! A VERY heavy-handed way of doing business. I have reported the incident to American Express.
