Called my phone at 2:16 PM EST, a heavily-accented (from India) male proceeded to say he was from the Internal Revenue Service. I simply told him I know a scam is being run and I know he is part of it. He then told me he likes my voice and I told him he should be ashamed and hung up my phone, then blocked the number.
