This company is asking me to call them back within 48 hours about a charge of $399.00 on an account of mine I know nothing about. If I don’t respond, I won’t be able to get my refund back. The company is Tech Solution. The Customer Service Manager is Kevin Johnson. This message was on my landline. It sounds like a scam/fraud to me.
