Jessica Brown-Manager called my phone and said that I qualify for a government grant of $9000.00 that I would never have to pay it back. She gave me a Confirmation# and asked me how I would like to receive these funds and I told her Western Union. Before I can receive these funds she said that I would have to pay $250.00 to receive this amount but $250.00 would be refunded back to me. This is a big SCAM FOR SURE. HERE IS JESSICA BROWN- (202)922-5946 ext 207. She claim that this is a government program and my name was chosen.
