Got am email from someone saying they were from PayPal. Stating that a MacBook Air had been charged to my PayPal card for over $4000. It said to contact their fraud department if I didn’t make the purchase. It’s a scam.

Related to an erroneous charge on my Paypal account?

I believe this to be a fraud. I received email from an individual with a gmail address. Signature line read Paypal Sales with this phone number 202-738-1708. It read you saved $662 on your transaction. Amount paid $4000+ for Apple product. I called. He wanted me to type in www.teamviewer.com on my computer. I did not. He said I would then upload software from Paypal that contained paypal cancellation form that I would have to complete in order to cancel the transaction and avoid the $4000+ charge. Don't go to their website. It is a scam. No charges on my Paypal or bank.

This number claims to be from PayPal and they are a total scam. DO NOT SPEAK WITH THEM. I embarr**singly worked with them and they had me on a team viewer where they proceeded to delete information off of my computer.

I received an email thanking me for purchase using Paypal and if I had questions call this number. I did not make a purchase of the amount they stated and I looked up my paypal account and no such charge. I believe this phone number is someone trying to conduct fraudulent business.

Received fraudulent paypal transaction email from a "Colton Hill" email sender requesting I contact this number to block the transaction.
