I am being harr**sed by this number by 4 sms messages insisting that I tell them my party affiliation and whether I'm voting. They have also by their own admission messaged me 10 times to ask who I'm endorsing. I see that it is registered as a landline in DC but because of the sms messaging I think it is a spoofed number.
