Caller announced herself as person, who had the authority to approve a grant for me of 8,000 dollars, in which I did not have to pay back. However, she did not give any clarity of where the grant originated from, only that the grant was related to the United States Grants Approval Department, and that I seemed to have qualified for this grant for some ridiculous and unbelievable reason and explanation. In addition, she did not mention why I should receive this grant, only that the United States Grants Approval Department had conducted a drawing, which had selected me, as well as a few qualified others, to receive this grant. She also had mentioned something to the effect that the reason why I was selected to receive this grant was because I paid my bills on time, and also because of my income. Furthermore, she gave me a grant approval code number of SR118, and a phone number located in Washington D.C. of 202-455-6680. I find this phone call to be very suspicious, because while she mentioned that the grant originated from the United States Grants Approval Department, she did not mentioned that this department was related to any legit United States government agency, such as education, for instance, nor that this department that she obviously represented, was related to any other legit non-governmental agencies, such as non-profit organizations or even philanthropic organizations.
