This person texted me from 202 area code in Washington D.C. about a walmarket 500 dollar gift card in West St. Paul, MN and sent a tiny url which wants 1$ on the front side and charges 35+ dollars to an unknown and not mentioned account so you never get the gift card sent yet you could have debit account depleted.
