This number is Randomly in my phone contacts I don't know how it got there. I think it's trying to hack my phone by seeing what calls I get with the app trap call on Google play.
It says in my notes contacts on iPhone
When you enable TrapCall's privacy look feature, your screened calls will ring to you from this number im asking about it said that to me.

Someone calls my number with their number marked as PRIVATE NUMBER. When my app for rejecting such calls kicks it, it calls again with its number revealed. The number revealed is (985) 231-1009, which seems to be in Metairie, Louisiana, which I know is not where this caller is located, as he calls frequently with har**sing bullshit from a seemingly endless variety of such numbers.
