This number called me at 4:55 am and when I called back, it said the number is disconnected. What is the point? I don't understand what they are getting out of nuisance calls! I blocked the number.

Number is not valid; received a call (no message left) with this number on caller ID. Called back to the number and it's disconnected -- Number was spoofed in the caller ID

Called the number back and got a recording stating the number had been changed or was no longer in service. I literally called back 3 minutes later.

Scam. Called it back and the recording sounds like an old "you have reached a number that is disconnected" but it's not the usual recording, a male voice that speaks rapidly, and repeats like a recording.

Spoofed number for a spam call regarding Visa and MasterCard credit card accounts. You qualify for a 0% interest rate on all your credit cards. Press "3" if you have already received your new rated and wish to be removed--which causes the recording to start all over again. Pressing "1" goes to a queue with very annoying and loud hold music.

Scammers ... credit card fraud offering 0%. I asked which card and they said "Card Member Services". I again asked which card ... The woman said "you have more than one card?" I said "Yes" and the phone went click. - Greg

This is a scam!! I got a call from this number with a recorded message saying due to my excellent credit I qualify for 0% financing on all my balances...press 1 to enroll. Then a man with an Indian accent comes on the line and say welcome to card services. I say Thank you what company are you calling from?
He says Mastercard and Visa (:/) I said which Mastercard and Visa? Citibank? Capital One? Wells Fargo? and he hung up!!
Watch out people don't fall prey to these a$$holes!

They called my cell phone number that has a been registered with the do not call registry. They said press 1 to reduce your credit card debt. I pressed one and told the foreign person to remove my number and he hung up on me. On call back, they have a fake message that this number can not be reached.
