I'm trying to figure out exactly who these clowns are too. They identify themselves as "Health Family Insurance" but sounded more like one of those third world call centers in India. Supposedly they were contracted by Aetna to help people move to another insurance plan since Aetna is pulling out of the Obammacare exchange. The thing though is that I didn't get my plan through the Obammacare exchange, and I can't find anyone who can give me a straight answer. They also claim that coverage is no longer from Aetna in this area, yet Aetna is advertising heavily in this area! (Ironically some spiel about "no surprises").

Someone called, claiming to be from my insurance company who is discontinuing my coverage in my area as of Jan.1, 2017 (which is a valid statement--I received notification by mail). They needed more information (the same information that I had given them when I called them). I was given a second number to call directly to the agent...626-544-0711, ext. 462, if I haven't been contacted by Nov. 1 or if I have any questions.
