This is a SCAM. I received a letter from what appears to be Chase that states I need to call them because there was missing information on one of my accounts and that when I called I would be asked specific information in order to keep my account open. It provided a number of 1-877-382-8854 inside the US and 1-614-436-4636 if outside the US. I didn't call those numbers. I called the number on the back of my debit card and spoke to Chase customer service who was able to look at all of my accounts and confirm everything was fine and advised me that letter was not from Chase.
