I think they are scammers they said I took out a loan from Chase Bank in 2010 for $300 and now my balance is $2000, they were willing to settle if I paid $450. They didn't care when I would pay as long as they got my card numbers. After thinking about it I have never received anything in the mail or any emails, they had an old address and was talking to me very rudely. I have also not took out a loan ever from Chase Bank. I will not be paying anything to them unless I receive something in the mail.

I also have received the same call from 866-305-8380 from Diane Bake. They called an old work number and my son and my cell phone. I called them back and they told me that they were going to sue for a bad check I wrote back in 2011. They had my name and a different social. I did not give them any information and they also hung up on me when I started questioning them.

I receive a call saying they were going to sue.

Someone named Diane Baker called my home threatening some action against "Paul Sarver" does NOT nor has EVER lived at this phone # and my parents have had this number for more than 80 years!

calls to my daughters phone with my name and a bio sister's name who I have had no contact with in years. i called back; male answered. I asked for the business and shared that the number shows as fraud when googled. he stated that if the search were not a gov search that it was not valid resource and that they were listed with the better biz bureau. states company is phoenix group client services (collection). i confirmed that they are legally bound to cease calls upon request and correspond by mail. he searched my cell phone via caller id while i was on the phone (did ask me or put me on hold) on his end (I had not provided any personal info), confirmed my name (which pops up when you do a search) then tried to have me confirm an old address as current, at which point I stated it was a very old address and that I would not verify any personal information by phone and to address further inquiry in writing... he then became biligerent, stating that I would just 'receive the summons and hung up'... i googled the biz name he provided but, nothing came up as a total match. another collections biz listed with a similar name but, very different phone number.
