I have an issue too. The same thing and on the same date. And when you call back it says this number cannot be contacted at this time

12/6/2016- 1:05 pm- They keep calling my 91 year old Grandmother's landlines in Waterbury. When you answer they don't say anything. When you call back know one ever answers. She's on the Connecticut and the federal do not call list, not like it matters. I wish there was a way to keep them from calling because one of these days she's going to fall, rushing to get to the phone in time. But she's had her phone number since they switched from the 5 number format in the '60s and refuses to change it so I guess we just ha e to deal with it :)
