i also received multiple calls with no messages left so i finally answered to see whats up and its the county of san diego with an automated message about your benefits like food stamps, medical, welfare, etc. my message was because i needed to complete my annual recertification but im pretty sure they call for other reasons too.

This number called me 3 times and the first time it lefted a voicemail saying "this is a courtesy call from the county of San Diego and asking to speak to me" but it's just a recording machine. I tried calling back, but i get a voice recorder saying this number is a nonworking number.
