They called me from that number and the pre-recorded message said it was a call from Verizon, and that there was an unauthorized charge on my account. They did not say what that charge was. After that, the voice offered me a choice - to press "1" if I recognize the charge or "2" to speak to the operator. I hung up, did the search and found out it was not Verizon.
