Seem to be some sort of scammer after the nationwide emergency test.
"They" copied the announcement and played it back on the voicemail message "they" left.
It could be someone in bunny slippers, living at home, eating Cheetos in the basement.
I call it unsafe.....

if this no comes up I let it go to voicemail, the automated voice goes into detail bout a scam on sheriffs dept calls saying send money for warrant out on and then explains that is a scam but at end of message it says to press any key to repeat message, I think that is where you are screwed if you do that
