They are running a prize award program whereby you call the number to claim your prize (and get an amazon gift card if you call within 48 hours) if your number matches the winning number. I'll bet everyone that got this in the mail matched the winning number. Smacks of a scam; eligibility requires that you must report in person to claim your prize. There is no hint of where to report and the only information is that it's a promotion sponsored by PTL. Further research shows that PTL (praise The Lord) was **sociated with Tammy and Jim Baker who were not honest people. I am not sure if there is any connection between this and the company PTL that is sponsoring this promotion.
