Called my family members and left voice messages and texts about trying to serve ME legal documents and it is imperative I call right away. Weird they knew both my daughter's cell phones but not mine or to serve me at my address, where I have lived for 23 years.

I got the same call. They left voicemail stating that they had legal documents for me and would come to my home and to my work and if I didn't know what the matter was about than it is imperative that I contact the 844-344-5272 immediately. They also stated that if I do not respond that they will proceed without my involvement. They also left a so called account number to use for me to contact them. At first it sounded legit but after I went to Google and did a search for the 844 number, I found quite a few people that this was done to and it could be a scam or it could be some company who purchased old debts and are shaking people down for money. Beware, it sounds legit and scary, but do the research before calling. I did not call because if something legal was to go down then there would be a real legal letter coming to your home or an officer of the court would personally come to your home and hand you a summons. They would not call threatening you that they are going to do it when legally they have to send you a legal notice by mail or an officer of the court hands deliver what ever legal document they need to get to you. They will not warn you through the phone message. It's like saying, Hey I knew you robbed a bank, turn yourself in before we go out and find you. Scam if you ask me.

This phone # (844) 344-5272 calls saying he is Bill Johnson and makes threats about court papers and I have no idea what he is talking about. I told him to serve me the papers by the sheriff and nothing happens. So that is how you know he is a fraud . And then he will wait 5 months and start again.
