I get called periodically with the claim they fixed my computer am I next to it now . I tell the m to stop calling and they ignore and call anyway. I have now reported it to my Company for suspicious calls

Calls nearly everyday. It's nothing but a scam

These people call us almost every day saying he was the person who fixed our computer and is with Microsoft. What a scam. We didn't have anyone help us with our computer. Told us his name is Ceaser, and was told not to call our number again many times, but they still call.

844-318-9400 continues to call my elderly mother claiming she has network issues with her computer. They ask that she allow them to log in remotely so they can scan and fix computer errors. They have called 12 times this week even after being told to do not call again. I answered her cellphone last evening and because they were not aware they were not talking to my 80 year old mother, they proceeded to tell me that I must let them log back in so they could finish the fixing the computer. When warned not to call again and we would not allow them computer access, I was told my mother had purchased their security network program for several hundred dollars but would not provide specifics. I was also told that she ALWAYS allows them computer access. Speaks with heavy foreign accent; will be reporting to Police and Federal Communications.

They keep sending fax confirmation to my fax machine.

They called 4 or 5 times in a row. Did not leave message I answered once and asked them not to call anymore.
