This is a scammer. Originally called from a concealed caller id so I asked for a call back #. He calls telling people they won grants from the government but can provide no credentials. Then he told me to go to western union and that I had to pay a $250 fee to receive my $9700 grant. I called him out on the scam and he threatened me and my family with violence. And said "there is no proof motherf*cker."
