I have received two invoices from this telephone number masquerading as PayPal. Both charges were for $399.99. PayPal identified it as fraudulent and notified me. Here’s the email address that goes along with it.

We reside in the Greater Kansas City area and recently my wife has experienced attempts at fraud on her bankcard account (the plastic itself is and always has been in her possession). She has even more recently received several emails indicating fraud attempts by unknown means (no debit card account indicated) whereby they are quite obviously fraudulent in nature. Her last such email supposedly showed having been sent from "McAfee" informing her of a renewal of her account (she never has had such an account) in the amount of over $700.00 has been successfully renewed. The printed phone number supposedly for McAfee shows 1-808-628-1497.
