I have told these people several times to stop calling me. they have called me four times in the last 2 days

Spanish speaking woman who was hard to understand. Gave a name that was my nuclear said she was from a legal services whose name I did not understand. When asked to repeat company name she started from the beginning. I asked to speak to someone who spoke plain English and she thanked me for taking her call and hung up.
