These are vicious scammers who misrepresent themselves as Apple technicans. They call your cell phone. Then tell you your phone and computer have had hacking attempts (they give you the number of attempts, too - how stupid) from Jordan and Turkey and not to use your computer or phone until you have gone to a website they will give you. Then they try to get you to let them log onto your computer to "fix it". The name of the company is Highland Pipeli - this is a partial name of a New Jersey based company, Highlander Pipeline. These are scumbag foreign people from New Jersey, criminals.
