They say the call is a effort to collect a debt They were told I did not owe it and they had wrong person Their calls continued and today I informed them I am a police officer and that I have cooperated with them to the degree I can and any future calls would be illegal and I would file charges if they continue The lady (Keana ?) said bluntly the calls will continue as long as the debt is owed I told her I had recorded the conversation (they do not evidently realize they are calling a duty ph # for police dept) She stated she had a signed contract I agreed to which is false and I asked her to prove it. She then asked for a email and while I communicated with dispatch I would be out of service a few minutes while I gave her my departments email, she hung up. I will file charges and research and work with their local law enforcement if they call me again.
