They claimed they were from Union Bank collections. It sounded weird since I have multiple accounts with Union Bank and a personal banker. I called my branch of Union Bank and my manager said it was a phishing attempt and was glad that I did not give them any information. No one should ever call a number and give them information if it is not on their statement or the back of their credit, debit or ATM card. If anyone call you, tell them you will call back the number on your card.
