This is a local exchange # from a collection agency. Christina Lopez is a supervisor that is rude and does not know how to talk to people. They actually broke at least a dozen FDCPA rules in the beginning of the conversation by telling me what the call was about and stating that I was debt from and account in 2003. The call ended when I asked her to send paperwork to my new address, she refused to do so, and hung up the phone in my face. Don't call me again!
