I had a couple of calls from them in a couple of days recently. They left a case number, their number and a message saying 2 charges pending and would be served at employment or home. Called back to find out about this it was a payday loan from a few years back, gave them the original acct. no. also had a letter that stated it had been paid. He said I'd be put on the do not call list. When the debt was paid back then the people that it was paid to charged not only the money of that but other charges on the credit card so when you give the credit card number over the phone or internet some companies do things which a person does not know about until later. So you have to really be careful nowdays .

Called my home twice and left a message for someone who I don't know, but shares my last name. I returned the call and asked that they stop calling my number since the person they are calling about isn't at this number. He got belligerent when I told himhe had been warned and reporred as harr**sment from here on out. Wanted to know if I knew who I was speaking to. I replied that I didn't know and didn't care since they obviously didn't have the right number for whomever they were looking for. I hung up when her got real mouthy.

we should all report this but to who any ideas?

SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT.

on Monday they called and talked to my dad...told him I owed like 300 dollars and i was getting sued for 2000...then on Wednesday my dad tells me they called my aunt and cousin and told them i had 2 warrants.

Received a call in which a voice mail was left with the same "wanting to serve me at home or work". I called the number back and it went to voice mail. I would think if it was a debt collector there would be people answering the calls. Enough is enough!

Have been getting calls from this number fr a week now, its a scam, search the number n google and you will see how many people are warning others about this scam.... Dont fall for it. If there were anything legal going on you would be served in person and by mail, not by a phone call or message on an answering machine.!

I'm 75. In poor health and now this with scare tactics ruins my day. Have no idea who they are and how can I stop it.

A call came for my stepson on m personal cell number that papers were to be served at his home or employment. They have called and left messages the last 2 days

They called said a complaint had been filed against me and wanted me to call back with a ref #139417 so I could give my work or home address so I could be served with documents..
