a woman called and left a message that she is calling from tax evasion department of IRS. She's said that there is a law suit filed against me and instructed me to call back.

called me on 9/9/2016. I didnt pick up

They called (robo call) and said that they were **sociated with some sort of rewards thing. I pressed one to accept and some [***] from India started out with a bunch of gibberish about how I qualified for up to $200 in gift cards that could be used at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. So he asked for my mailing address, email address, and asked if I had any other phone number I wanted to share with him. I sensed it was a scam, so I gave my bogus info. Then, he said that for a one time fee of $3.00 for shipping and handling, I would need to give him my Visa or MasterCard number. I asked him why he couldn't just take the $3.00 out of what he would be sending me and he said they weren't allowed to do that. He started getting agitated and tried talking over me saying, "Sir, Sir, Sir..." I asked him just to send me $197 and that should cover the shipping just fine. He said he couldn't do that because the money was for me. I said, "well if it's for me, I wish to spend $3.00 of the $200.00 you are giving me to pay for the postage so I don't have to give you my credit card info. These people are such a waste of human skin. I hope they all rot in hell.
