I found out that this # belongs to Level 3 Comminications out of Scranton, Pa. I am now receiving a call from Lisa again, only the # is 570-351-9358. This is a scam. Same person, same survey. I am on the do not call list and have an unlisted #. Very frustrating.

This person in particular was named "Josh" and refused to give me the name of his company after three repeated attempts. He wanted either my debit or credit card information.

I keep getting survey calls. Most recently from this number. I am already on the do not call list and opted out using their option 9.

I have received 4 calls so far from this # from Lisa saying I won a trip and I have to do a brief survey and the trip is mine. She says that if I do not want to receive these calls they will remove me from the list. I have been doing this from the first call. I Have a private # and an unlisted # and also,on the do not call list. So why am I still getting these calls? The next call I receive, I am will file a formal complaint against this #.
