It is a scam posting on craigslist. Here is the ad "post id: 6248746672 Hello everyone I have a connection with a guy that works for a credit card company. Can get a 5k card and a 10k card. Costs $125 for the 5k and $250 upfront for the $10k card. It's all legit and in 7-10 days you would receive your card. You will have to make monthly payments to pay the money back. Your credit score doesn't matter either he will handle that. You can also take out cash from the credit card. Let me know if your interested in either or. If you can't or won't pay the upfront fee please don't respond. Worse case scenario I'll get you a refund. Please no games I'll know if your serious or not. Email or text 559 374 445two. Thank you." He takes money from people and never returns it. Calls himself many names. I was able to stop my mom from sending him money. She dealt with "Elliott." There are other alerts out there for his scam that he uses "Ellis." I believe his name is actually Wayne Lester in CA.
