Sacred heart medical center at Riverbend general number but was calling to schedule an orthopedic appointment.

This appears to now be a FAX number. I'm a switchboard operator and I get repeated attempts to Fax the company I work for from somebody that does not realize they're calling the company's general line and NOT our Fax number. It happens a lot and my ear takes a pounding with the beeping and screeching of Fax machines dialing into the wrong number.
