When i answered, the caller stated i was on a recorded line and he was calling me about my application for social security benefits. When i told him i had not applied, he did not say a word, he just hung up. I called back. A woman answered. I told her what happened. She didn't say a word, and also hung up.

I received a call from this number. My brother lives in TX and my mom is in the hospital so I thought perhaps this was a call relating to that. I called back and got a message saying, "the party you're trying to call is not available, please leave a message". I hung up and blocked the number.
