Heavy accented caller SAID he was the IRS
Started mocking me when I sort of laughed at him.
United States Treasury dept has a website to report these scammers.
Need to shut them down

This person called me pretending to be the IRS. He wanted $8000 and if I did not send it to them, in 45 min the sheriff would be at my door to arrest me. That is when I started laughing. He said"why are you laughing ***ker". I said because the IRS doesn't use words like ***ker. Then he proceeded to call me more names and threatened my life and my family.
