This is the second call I received regarding failure to return Charter Communications equipment after I temporarily discontinued service for over 3 weeks due to being out of the country. I saved money by reconnecting for a small fee rather than pay almost $200 for the month I was absent. I told them the technician was coming that day to reconnect me. He did. This company never checked the records and called me a week later!

A woman's voice recording says it is Charter Communications and say I have equipment that needs returned or I will be charged additional charges to my account. I have never done business with Charter or used their equipment. I also get the same message from a male voice recording that says I will get charged up to $500 if I don't return the equipment from (508) 623-2135.
