The person said they represented PP&L - maybe yes, maybe NO: though I hung up quickly - it sounded as if the caller wanted to ask me "how great PP&L is - as a company. Let me tell YOU what PP&L is: an tyrannical out of control, full of themselves managed company. Why do I feel this way??? They come to my home unannounced; spray an herbicide on my land - we have WELL WATER here; they sprayed and killed the flowers and plants my Wife planted - plants that only grow but a few INCHES tall !!! Even gr**s leaving DEAD PATCHES. The management of PP&L is as incompetent as they come. I will never change my opinion of them because they refused to make it right - they owe me a few hundred dollars for damages - they cowardly run away from paying.
