This number is a scam. There have been multiple occurrences of this number calling people and leaving the same message about calling back with the same reference number.

I received an odd call TODAY 1/5/17 and voicemail from "Mr. Readerman"? saying he needs to speak with me about the "Supply portion on [my] electric account" and to please call him back right away with my "electric statement" ready and gave me a reference number. Sounds like a scam, don't call back

A message call about electric service wanting you to call back with a reference number, have a bill copy available too, We have all phones on no call soliciting. How is he doing this? Yes no company name mention. Did not call back.

Call center for Utilities Telemarketing to change over to a different company. Sounds at first like something is wrong with your account on the message they leave on voicemail.
