robo call acting like Microsoft support

Received a call today from this number. Played my voice message and it was a computerized voice calling off 14 million dollars and something and then the call ended. Deleted the voice message.

I received a computer generated phone call from this number saying my windows PC security system had been charged some 1000.00 plus (I can't remember exact amount) dollars to renew, and if I did not wish to renew, call .... and I'm not sure if it was this number or a different one, it wasn't voice mail so I couldn't replay. I called this number back and got a person. I said I received a phone call from this number saying they were going to charge me for a service that I do not have. He started off wanting to know my name. I said no, he wouldn't give me any information about the "company", and subsequently hung up on me.
