I received a call just a few mins ago.... Answered because I have family that live in Alachua, FL... thinking maybe someone got a new number - there was a pause and then "Heather" from a warranty center message started so I hung up and blocked the call. SHAME this day you have to do this or not answer at all.

Called and hung up, heard there is a scam asking you "can you hear me?" If you say "yes" They record your voice for to use in a voice iden**ty software hacking personal info. Don't answer.

SCAM!!! Caller selling a warranty for car saying ours is expired and using fear tactics to get you to buy. Once you ask them to remove you from the list they hang up immediately.

Robo call fishing for people's voicemail and pickups. Once it verifies that there's a number attached to this line, it'll flag you as a high value target and you'll get an even more increased number of illegal, criminal calls.
Make sure your voicemail is only set to pickup after an extremely long period of time and let the phone ring 3 times before picking up on an unknown caller to combat this.
